AAC up-DATE!!!!

Wow... We were discussing that it felt weird not being able to post to the blog yet this week because of all the stuff we had going on. Soooooooo Regina and I, Erin, decided to do an AAC up-DATE on what has been happening around the office this week.

• On Friday, the 8th, we received an LOA for our "last man standing" family from Group 50! They have been logged in since October 18th, 2006!!! It was such a great feeling to open the DHL packet and see the LOA papers for this family. They have been waiting for over 6 years for a match and here it is! 

• On Monday, the 11th, we received LOA's for three China families! Off to work I went in getting the papers typed, printed, corrected, packaged and mailed to these families. Plus, working a couple new families documents. YAY! 

• On Tuesday, the 12th, Korea got some great news about traveling and the court process. Everyone can start to breathe easier. Korea has decided that travel is required for families but it will not be extended beyond the typical 5-7 days for processing. 

NOTE: We still plan on having a meeting to discuss all the things going on with Korea THIS Saturday! Come grab a cup of coffee and join the discussion. 10am Saturday the 16th at the AAC office. Please RSVP by emailing Regina or calling the office.

• On Wednesday, the 13th, we got TA for one of our families! Lots of planning and talking... Plus all of those LOA papers that we had sent out had started trickling back in. Lots of copying, organizing, posting and re-sending them back out to USCIS.

Today we are getting caught up on all the exciting things that have been happening this week and doing our everyday task! It feels good to be able to share exciting news and to be able to share in the lives of all our amazing fantastic families!!
