In Loving Memory

The day at AAC began with the sad news of a dreadful accident involving our friends, Alex and Laurel Constantinides. Laurel and her three daughters, Hanna, Zoey and Lucy, died yesterday when the family van was swept away by a flashflood in Wyoming.
Laurel served many families as a skilled and compassionate social worker, guiding and encouraging them through the ups and downs of the adoption process. Laurel and Alex adopted their daughters from China and Korea, and often joined other adoptive families at AAC events. Laurel’s warmth and kindness touched many lives. There are no words to adequately express how much Laurel and the girls will be missed.
AAC is deeply grieved by the tragedy striking the Constantinides family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Alex and their family in this terrible time of loss.

  1. Sending our thoughts and prayers. How tragic... too soon for earthly angles to be sent back to heaven.
